our STANDARD SIZE cookie cutter measures approximately 3 inches (80mm) long, 2 1/2 inches (62mm) wide, and has a cutting depth of 3/4 inch (20mm) . Most cookie recipes call for the dough to be rolled to 1/4 inch (6.5mm) making these cookie cutters more than ideal to create the intended shape for any recipe.
This cookie cutter can be scaled to any size, from a mini of 2 inches long, to a large 6 inches, this will of course scale the width as well. The cutting depth however will be maintained at 3/4"(20mm) as this is correct for most all recipes.
